We believe that to get the most out of something you need to know how to use it properly. Our training options will show you and your users how to use Sugar for a better end result.
Flexibility is everything
With a product as flexible as Sugar, we have found that we need to be flexible in our approach to training. Should you wish to break a day into sections targeted at groups of individuals with similar roles, or deliver a standard course across your organisation, we will do everything we can to ensure you get what you need. We won't waste your time training you on modules which you have no intention of using, which don't fit your business, or covering things you already know.Training can be carried out at your premises, in our classroom, online or at a venue of your choice.
As a guide, the standard administrator and end-user courses take approximately one day each.

All training options are bespoke to your Sugar instance so you can be sure that your users will be training on the system they will be using and not a generic system which bares no resemblance to what they be using in their day to day role.Training Options
Online By-the-Hour Guidance
GBP £95.00 per hour
If you require quick, bite sized training on specific areas of your Sugar and don't require a full day's training, then we are able to offer "by the hour" training to meet your requirements. These are online sessions focussing where you need it. We recommend that sessions be a maximum of 2 hours at a time.Request more information
Sugar Onsite Administration Training
GBP £650.00 per day*
Trainer will come to you on-site. One day of Sugar Training (up to 5 delegates, Duration 6 hours)Sugar Admin fundamentals course is designed for professionals who would be working as administrators of Sugar. This course would prepare you to launch and manage Sugar effectively and efficiently and gain the knowledge to avoid potential issues.
