At first view, there may be no apparent similarities between the Olympic medallist and the Customer Relationship Management package but, as you will see, if you start to look for them they are there.
Jessica first started her success story (as a senior athlete) in early 2004 when she won the 60m hurdles at the Northern Senior Indoor Championships, around the same time that SugarCRM was created.
Since that time both Jessica and SugarCRM have been carefully developed and perfected to the level that we find them at today.

Having originally started as a pentathlete, she increased her areas of specialism and became a heptathlete.
This development and increase of functionality is something SugarCRM has also mirrored, adding additional modules, mobile apps and plug-ins to its repertoire, as well as additional editions being released as the product has matured.
As her career has developed, she has been challenged by some of the world's strongest competition and, whilst not always beating them, has always been recognised as a major contender in her field, something which can also be said about SugarCRM and its standing in the CRM marketplace.
In 2012, Jessica Ennis was crowned Olympic Gold Medalist for the heptathlon, beating all the other contenders in a global competition by proving that she was the best in the world.
This was also the case for SugarCRM which, having taken on over 345 other CRM solutions in Capterra's CRM Madness in March 2012, came out on top as the overall winner as the world's best CRM system (results can be seen at http://crmmadness.capterra.com)
As a result of her ongoing achievements Jessica Ennis has been crowned as the unofficial Face of the 2012 Olympics and has drawn support from all over the globe from millions of people.
SugarCRM also has a worldwide following of millions, with big names such as Coca Cola Enterprises, Samsung, Vtech and Toshiba all using SugarCRM systems.
If you want your organisation to have a chance of beating its competition, shouldn't you be running with the leaders?
